The Quinebaug Valley Council for the Arts and Humanities is a membership association perpetuating the arts and the humanities in the area. This historical building houses art shows, concerts, and lectures, as well as classes. If you have an artistic, creative, or musical nature this is certainly the environment for you.

• Membership privileges include a 10% discount on the purchase of all saleable items of art. Members also enjoy the extended privilege of attending the festive exhibit previews where they can enjoy the company of the individual artisans.
• The 1825 building that houses the Arts Center has been the site of conferences, meetings, socials, family gatherings, and weddings. Your membership allows you access to the excellent facility at a significantly reduced fee.
• Learning is fun for adults and children alike. The discount offered to you for your membership makes these classes an even more attractive opportunity.
• Socialization at the Arts Center offers members a unique opportunity to meet and mingle with people who have similar interests in the arts and humanities.
• Membership allows you to exhibit your own works of art for public review and sale.
• Our newsletter offers an excellent forum for publishing your written articles.
